Patrick André founded Chez André in 2006, bringing his authentic European experience and passion for International cuisine to life in this neighbourhood favourite bistro.   

“My vision is to create a place where the whole family can enjoy simple, tasty and healthy food at reasonable prices.  You shouldn’t have to pay a premium to have the privilege of dining out.  The style of food we serve at Chez André is simple and hearthy European which fits perfectly to the down to hearth Australian lifestyle”.

What better way to start your day, than to enjoy the Chez André special – bacon, eggs and tomato $12.00 for two – and feast alfresco on the terrace, in the quiet garden overlooking Peregian Springs. 

The open air dining provides a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere for enjoying a cup of coffe, or a light lunch with friends.  You can enjoy homemade croissants, muffins and pastries or settle in for a little longer with a glass of crisp white wine and relish the tastes of many mouthwatering lunch delicacies.
