Front of House Supervisor
You will be responsible for running the cafe / restaurant during breakfast and lunch at least 4 days per week. 
It will involve working most Saturday and Sunday mornings from 7am to 3pm.
You will need to be able to work unsupervised and have worked in quality organizations before.
This role is a high profile appointment in our company and demands a person with integrity. 
You will be structured and organised, with a real passion for customer care and 
the ability to make the best coffee on the coast...
There is real focus here on a high quality hospitality service and this is heavily 
reliant on both close management of standards and good organisation. 

Experienced Chef

You must be mature and experienced, have a passion for creating innovative food, be organized, 
and able to work unsupervised.  
This is a full time role. 
Experience with fine dining would be an advantage however the right attitude and the will to cook 
real food is vital.
